Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the medication clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Doctors and Customer Relations Specialists to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Conduct reviews of medication education forms with clients and manage medication refill requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to psychiatric consultations and medication clinics in the EHR system.
• Administer intramuscular (IM) medications and oversee the logging of all medication transactions.
• Assist with Prior Authorization processes and maintain the injection list, ensuring all orders are current.
• Complete vital signs for every client and facilitate pre-diabetes screenings as necessary.
• Coordinate travel to different clinics across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Valid licensure as GPN, LPN, GN, or RN, with the requirement to pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days post-graduation.
