Remote Product Development Associate (Hybrid) | WFH

This hybrid position allows you the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Santa Ana, CA office. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development Managers and leadership on various departmental projects, including intellectual property (IP) and product enhancements.
• Serve as a key liaison between overseas manufacturers and internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to oversee packaging modifications, specifications, and reorder issues.
• Proactively troubleshoot and prioritize challenges to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met.
• Maintain the product launch calendar in sync with marketing efforts and ensure the Product Log is consistently updated.
• Facilitate sample requests for sales teams, photoshoots, and video creation.
• Manage product development projects from inception to completion for specific retail products as requested by the sales department.
• Uphold strong project management practices, ensuring meticulous organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods development.
• Experience working with international vendors and managing time zone differences is advantageous.
