Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy to drive great customer experience, profitable growth, and market leadership. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base and business lines. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision, executional excellence, and a deep understanding of the user.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Goal setting
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s mission, goals, and market opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align product strategy with business objectives and growth targets.
- Alignment with all lines of business – Consumer, Enterprise ; as well as for all product streams – Frontend (CRO, SEO), Learner Experience (LMS), Sales automation (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Build a strategy roadmap for the impact of AI and changes to the business model that this will drive. Drive execution to leverage AI for competitive advantage.
Product Development
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build user-centric solutions that address key pain points and deliver measurable impact.
- Ensure the voice of the customer is central to product design and development through user research, feedback, and data analytics.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Provide clear guidance, prioritization, and support to enable the team to execute effectively against objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between product, business, and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the organization.
- Partner effectively with technology to drive agility, speed and quality in all execution.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Should have managed a team of Product Managers
- Proven track record of managing product portfolios in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS and Ecommerce sectors.
- Experience driving growth in B2B and B2C markets, with a strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Exposure to global markets is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
