Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Relation Officer (GRO). Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, addressing guest requests and complaints, processing payments, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the service team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and cashier roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in POS systems. A flexible schedule and professional appearance are required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival until departure.
- Manage guest reservations, both online and via phone, and coordinate seating arrangements with the service team.
- Handle special guest requests, complaints, and provide quick and professional solutions.
- Accurately process payments and ensure cash balance at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and report daily financial transactions to management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service and cashier roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor in interacting with various types of customers.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and payment applications.
- Professional appearance, flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, and a high level of discipline and initiative.
