Summary/Objective?
Establishes meaningful connections with new patients, providing them with a comprehensive overview of the diverse services available. The Patient Care Specialist is inherently sales-focused, strategically engaging with new and existing patients to not only provide comprehensive information about available services but also to articulate and promote additional services aligned with their current care.
Essential Functions
- Initiates outreach to new patients who have expressed interest in the products and services provided by Ways2Well and delivers comprehensive information about the array of services available, focusing on cellular therapy and comprehensive lab work.
- Identify and actively promote and upsell additional services or treatment options to patients during consultations, emphasizing their benefits and value.
- Conducts intake consultations to compile patient history and effectively presents various preventative care services or cellular therapy services.
- Proactively contacts patients with scheduled initial consultations and actively reaches out to leads to arrange initial consultations.
- Dedicates time to promptly respond to emails, text messages, and return phone calls, ensuring effective interdepartmental communication for necessary follow-ups.
- Facilitates a thorough understanding of offered services, ensuring transparent communication of benefits and processes associated with preventative care or cellular therapy.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Compensation
$52,000 with a performance bonus structure.
Supervisory Responsibility
Not Applicable.
Work Environment – Remote
This is a remote position which would ideally be conducted in a home office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent sitting, walking, standing, reading, seeing, speaking, hearing, listening, organizing, interpreting data and information, operating office equipment, typing using a computer keyboard and mouse, viewing a computer screen monitor, and use of a telephone.?Some positions may require lifting, occasional bending, or kneeling. The working environment consists of an indoor and climate-controlled setting the majority of the time. The employee may regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required or some college.
1-2 years of experience conducting sales or promoting products.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Certification for medical assistants is preferred but not required.
