Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in an Agile environment, with a strong ability to lead teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are executed according to Agile principles.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize Project Management tools/software (e.g., JIRA) to track project progress, manage timelines, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and team members, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively ensuring successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of team processes and workflows.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members to foster collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools/software (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing deadlines.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus but not required.
