Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the position is the selling and marketing of accredited Momentum Metropolitan Namibia’s policies and products to existing and prospective policy holders providing advice. To deliver support and service to existing and prospective policy holders.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric/Grade 12
- A Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant, industry specific qualifications (NAMFISA Licence)
- COP qualification will be an added advantage.
- An understanding of the Namibian Insurance Industry
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas
- Source, develop and grow your own individual, client base through networking, prospecting & referrals.
- Meet clients in person to provide insurance advice.
- Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Provide on-going advice to existing clients to promote and assist retention.
