Role Purpose

Responsible for Premium collection and Bank Update.

Requirements

  • First degree in Actuarial or Statistics or related field from a recognised university.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the collection of new business premium.
  • Collect premiums from assigned premium deduction source to be applied to both old and new policies.
  • Update premium and policy movement on system.
  • Re-submit application forms that were not processed and follow-up to ensure that premiums are deducted.
  • Update banks on changes in premium and deletions.
  • Report on premium collection and mandate processing rate.
  • Assist the Manager on correspondence to client, sales representatives, Branch managers and Institutions.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor with scope and context of job
