Pumphouse – known for its rich industrial history and located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square precinct is on the hunt for a focused and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive – Pumphouse
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities in to Pumphouse.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and generating revenue.
- Identify new clients through market research, networking and outreach.
- Be able to identify opportunities for business expansion in untapped markets.
- Work closely with the DOSM on the implementation of sales strategies.
- Assist with Pumphouse proposals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated sales experience in a hotel or venue environment.
- You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written, and will be a naturally ambitious leader who is always seeking the next business opportunity.
- You will have an obvious passion for forming ongoing relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Highly motivated to achieve targets, objectives, and key result areas.
- Self motivated team player with a proven ability work in a fast paced environment.
