What You’ve Done
You’ve earned a Master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited institution and have at least one year of public service experience. You bring expertise in developing programs, managing collections, and instructing customers on the use of library resources. Your experience includes working with diverse populations, preparing engaging content, and using innovative approaches to enhance library services for young adults
What You’ll Do
As a Young Adult Librarian, you will plan and deliver engaging programs, events, and resources tailored to young adults and their caregivers. You’ll provide one-on-one assistance and help customers access library resources. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with community partners, manage the young adult collection, and contribute to professional development activities to ensure library services remain innovative and relevant.
