Are you excited about working in a technology company building a product that will change the world of payments? If so, Lightspark has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Marketing Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Design Officer. The position is based full-time onsite at our offices in Culver City, Los Angeles, California.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide Executive support to our CMO, CPO, and CDO
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and optimize the executives’ calendars, prioritizing commitments to ensure that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are carried out seamlessly
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Event Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee group events, off-sites, and team-building activities in collaboration with admin team
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing
  • Support the day to day life and culture of the engineering team
  • Collaborate with the admin and office management team as needed with office-related tasks – lunches, preparing meeting rooms, organizing supplies, liaising with vendors, etc.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure smooth new-hire onboarding

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in Executive Assistant roles, ideally with a technology company
  • Willingness to be agile and jump in wherever is needed. We are a startup!
  • High level of proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, Slack)
  • Experience managing multiple complex calendars & scheduling meetings across global time zones
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience developing strong relationships, at all levels across an organization
  • Experience communicating accurately through a variety of tools – email, Slack, etc
  • Experience handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
  • Experience working in and contributing to a Team environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Flexibility to work outside core hours if needed
  • Proactively contribute innovative ideas and recommendations to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a positive work environment

Compensation Range: $120K – $145K
