About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Data Analyst with a proven track record of 5+ years in data analysis and reporting. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex datasets, supporting pilots/POCs, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SQL and Tableau, thrives in unstructured environments, and can communicate effectively with leaders across teams.

As Revecore’s Senior Data Analyst, You Will

  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract, normalize, and analyze data for business purposes.
  • Build interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to support pilots and POCs with closed-loop processes, ensuring project goals are achieved.
  • Understand business objectives and complex data structures in order to create data rich analyses which answer specific questions.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced and unstructured environments, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Leverage analytical skills to normalize and structure data for actionable business insights.
  • Track outcomes of product initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise communication to leadership, providing updates and recommendations based on data-driven findings.

You’ll Be Successful If You Have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst or similar role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong experience in normalizing and structuring data to meet business needs.
  • Proven ability to succeed in unstructured environments and handle ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to document business problems and create analysis which answers questions.
  • Experience supporting pilots/POCs with a focus on iterative, closed-loop improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare tech vendors, RCM systems, or exposure to non-healthcare tech industries is a plus.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle, Healthcare, or other Tech-enabled industries
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
