The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience ranging from $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Typical Work Schedule
Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities Essential to the Job of a Warehouse/Electrical Inventory Specialist – including the following and any other duties that may be assigned as needed:
- Manage incoming and outgoing equipment, tools and supplies to various job worksites, as well as the inventory levels of these items.
- Must have strong electrical experience, inventory control and technology skills by working with the tool system by checking and inspecting tools using the electronic system.
- Assist with managing consignment shop inventory and delivering electrical products to the required job site locations.
- Assist with working with the Purchasing department to order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
- Assist with accepting, inspecting, and storing deliveries of parts and supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Operate forklift safety.
- Working in our prefabrication shop when needed.
- Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are maintained in an orderly and safe working fashion. Maintain clean, safe work areas, such as cleaning and organizing of our shop facility.
- Communicate with other employees, management, and customers in a professional manner.
- Conform to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Requirements
Educational/Work Experience/Certifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
- Class A or B CDL license preferred.
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instruction.
- Must have strong electrical experience, inventory control and technology skills.
- Must be able to troubleshoot to determine the cause of operating errors and develop a solution.
- Operate company trucks as required, including manual transmission.

Working Conditions
- May require lifting not to exceed 50 pounds, standing, bending, or reaching for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required.
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms and/or legs.
- Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta Johns).
- This job is a safety sensitive position.
Special Requirements
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation.
- Always wear personal protective equipment on jobsite: hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, safety shoes, gloves, harness, etc…
- Background checks, screenings, and physicals.
- Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
