Spare Part – Supply Chain Management

Location : Mumbai

Qualification Required : Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. MBA/PG preferred.

Minimum Exp required : 08 Years in Spare Part Supply Chain Management.

Job Description :

• Monitoring of spare part consumption trend based on current existing population & seasonality.
• Daily checking on the system PR’s taking timely action on releasing POs to respective vendors.
• Monitoring service level performance of the supplier, preparing MIS & taking timely actions for achieving departmental KPI’s.
• Phase in & Phase out planning spare parts
• Daily monitoring of warehouse GRN, timely action on resolution of pending GRN issues with factory
• Monitoring end to end import forwarding & custom clearing activity with timely pre-alerts to CHA along with required information.
• Daily tracking & updating MIS, Checking & preparing custom duty documents & ensuring duty payments in time
• Timely responding to all customs queries, requirements to streamline the arrival of shipments.
• Preparing e-way bills & providing required information to warehouse team
• Monitoring import GRN, communication shortage, excess, damage cases to suppliers & take action on closing the open cases.
• Provide guidance and support to supply chain, logistics, transportation operations and coordination with related groups.
• Analyze and create monthly statement on logistic KPI sheet Providing monthly Provision to Controlling department
• Maintenance of all pricing conditions in CMD / R2P and other systems & System support for branches for field operational challenges/ issues.
• Task force member for Operational improvement of Spare parts supply chain PAN INDIA operations.
• To facilitate & conduct physical inventory counting over defined frequency for central warehouse & all branch warehouses.
• Ensure all the transaction of Inventory control through SAP in MM/ SD module like / PO / MIGO / Issue / Consumption / Stock Transfer / Consignment / Delivery /Invoicing.
• Coordinate & align with warehouse/branches for foolproof scrapping of spare parts as per laid down guidelines of BSH, through BSH approved & appointed e-waste management vendor for Liquidation of Scrap / Non-Moving / dead & Excess Inventory as per the Guidelines.
