Job Overview

The role involves collaboration with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and contribute to overall cost-effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing and Vendor Management:

  • Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure the selection of reliable and cost-effective vendors.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.

Purchase Order Management

  • Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to confirm specifications and requirements for procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the creation and processing of purchase orders.

Cost Management

  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality.

Contract Administration

  • Assist in developing and reviewing contracts to safeguard the organization’s interests.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to understand procurement needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP Software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
