Position Overview:
The Senior Creator Strategist develops and oversees innovative influencer marketing campaigns, collaborates with account teams on new business initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of client projects. They combine strategic thinking with industry expertise to deliver measurable results across paid, earned, and shared media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct thorough influencer research, vet candidates for alignment with brand equity and program requirements, and manage negotiations and contracts.
- Develop and leverage diverse internal and external networks to gain competitive advantages, attract new business, and secure top talent for the agency.
- Oversee influencer content to ensure compliance with SAG, and FTC guidelines and adherence to campaign briefs.
- Review and propose revisions to influencer content for alignment with the brief.
- Monitor live post and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize platforms like Sprout Social Influencer, Tagger, and Activate/Impact for influencer discovery, campaign tracking, and demographic analysis.
- Gather and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and present comprehensive recap reports.
Client Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Strategically determine the channels to be used, the program KPIs, and potential outcomes.
- Leverage tools to identify influencers, analyze demographics/engagement, and ensure alignment with program needs.
- Oversee influencer contracts and budgets.
- Collect metrics, develop recaps and case studies, and present key insights to teams and clients.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and industry innovations, sharing key updates with teams and clients.
- Foster relationships with vendors, stakeholders, clients, and influencer representation.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture, empowering team members to excel.
- Lead internal training sessions and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the agency.
Business Development and Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by creating and pitching innovative influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with new business and account teams to drive RFP wins and grow client portfolios.

Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or marketing, with 4 years in influencer marketing across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Strong expertise in campaign strategy, influencer negotiation, and social media trends.
Proven ability to manage budgets, deliver on deadlines, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Salary Description
$85,000 – $100,000 annually
