Responsibilities
- Develop a content calendar and implement foundational strategies to increase brand visibility and engage followers.
- Create, edit, and publish original, high-quality content (posts, images, videos, stories, etc.) across platforms, maintaining brand consistency and voice whilst ensuring alignment with our values.
- Manage and update our social media accounts (mostly Instagram, and TikTok), scheduling posts and actively engaging with followers, initiating conversations, and building a loyal online community around our brand.
- Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with our target audience and inspire engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and industry trends, especially within the beauty and sustainability space, and adapt these trends to our brand’s style and values.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to understand what resonates with our audience and report on insights to inform content direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Experience in social media content creation, social media management, or a similar role, ideally with experience in the beauty or lifestyle sectors. (it’s a plus point if you can provide your portfolio).
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Ability to create appealing visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps.
- Passion for social media and creativity in storytelling.
- Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy for various social media channels.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, creativity, and a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Keep abreast of updates from each social media platform on a regular basis
