Role Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for meeting, greetings and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.

ROLE PROFILE

• Coordinating with the Chef, Sales Team, Finance and team to ensure all details are accurate before raising work order and hand over to Production Team.
• Ensuring all work orders are created are completed and closed within the day as daily basis to ensure there is no gap between costing at finance during month end.
• Ensure all item codes are updated at the system before creating work order.
• Ensure all Raw materials are ordered according to daily consumption and safety stocks for the production.
• Ensure items are received and transfer in system according to purchasing orders and Delivery Note.
• Communicating with the supplier and warehouse team regarding on order and deliveries.
• Performing as Stock Controller during month end Inventory.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good analytical thinking skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Good command of English language.
