Job Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor degree any discipline
- Having experience as an admin (administration) minimum 2 years (in Hospital or Clinic would be an advantage)
- Good communication skill
- Good in English
- Able to operate Ms. Office
Job Description
- Record appoinments into system according to the set time
- Communicate with the Company’s PIC and/or patients ensuring schedule and attendance
- Ensure all patient administration and registration activities run well
- Ensure to the company PIC and marketing team regarding the completeness of the inspection
- Ensure all patient data and examination packages are fully registered into the system and coordinate with other diagnostic units if there is an examination or special order
- Attend regular meetings / daily evaluations and follow findings
