Assisting Head of Credit Administration and Control in the day to day activities and management of the department in its documentation and control functions.
Functional Role:
Operational Responsibilities
- Preparation of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
- Vetting of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
- Liaising with the legal department for the checking of source documents of corporate / SME borrowers and for the preparation of non-standard documents and securities (conventional / Islamic).
- Feeding of securities / authorization of registration of securities in the register for movable securities (EMCR).
- Feeding of limits / maintenance of limits in the system.
- Feeding of collaterals / maintenance of collaterals in the system.
- Issuance of disbursement instructions to Operations Department for loans and revolving facilities.
- Safekeeping of collaterals documentation. etc.
- Updating the Deferral sheet / Exception sheet / Expired documents sheet.
- Issuance of monthly reports by Credit Administration and Control.
- Follow up of expired documents

Qualification & Experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Relevant Field Required (Accounting or Finance )
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Credit Documentation
