Assisting Head of Credit Administration and Control in the day to day activities and management of the department in its documentation and control functions.

Functional Role:

Operational Responsibilities

  • Preparation of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
  • Vetting of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
  • Liaising with the legal department for the checking of source documents of corporate / SME borrowers and for the preparation of non-standard documents and securities (conventional / Islamic).
  • Feeding of securities / authorization of registration of securities in the register for movable securities (EMCR).
  • Feeding of limits / maintenance of limits in the system.
  • Feeding of collaterals / maintenance of collaterals in the system.
  • Issuance of disbursement instructions to Operations Department for loans and revolving facilities.
  • Safekeeping of collaterals documentation. etc.
  • Updating the Deferral sheet / Exception sheet / Expired documents sheet.
  • Issuance of monthly reports by Credit Administration and Control.
  • Follow up of expired documents

Qualification & Experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Relevant Field Required (Accounting or Finance )

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Credit Documentation
