Junior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- Calculate work volume, Bill of Quantity (RAB) and Prepare Cost Estimation.
- Creating volume estimation & unit price analysis.
- Tendering Project
- Find suppliers and others administration
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors
- Progress Monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Min. GPA 3.00
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have worked in Property Developer.
- Tech-savvy and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently and positive attitude person.
- Having good knowledge in structure, architecture, and civil interior material specification.
- Having good knowledge in FIDIC.
- Willing to be placed in all our projects.
