INVENTORY ACCOUNTING CLERK

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

• Execution of month-end counts, including preparation of count sheets and capturing of count;
• Preparation of daily and monthly inventory count reconciliations, including the resolution of any identified variances with respective departments;
• Matching raw material goods received vouchers to supplier invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders including the resolution of any identified variances;
• Capturing raw material supplier invoices;
• Reviewing finished goods restocks and transfers against packing sheets;
• Timely and accurate preparation of month-end inventory reports.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Accounting qualification with 3 – 5 years’ experience, preferably in a busy, progressive manufacturing/ production environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent administration, problem solving, and planning skills;
• Assertive, self-motivated, with ability to work individually and as part of a team;
• High level of personal and professional integrity.
