Growth Project Coordinator Position Summary:
The Growth Project Coordinator will support project coordination efforts that consist of working in tandem with business acquisitions and greenfield growth activities through coordination and management of existing system and process integrations or alignments with parent systems as necessary.
What You Will Do:
- Act as project event and meetings coordinator – from internal integration calls to end user roll-out; engage key members of integration teams and existing regional offices as needed.
- Offer continuous contributions to the integration process through support, monitoring and evaluation of progress, and the documentation and organization of resources to ensure the project is implemented as intended.
- Contributes to the ‘road map’ definition with implementation; identify and build cross-functional areas and timelines.
- Support growth integration objectives through consistent messaging and deliverables that support the change communication strategy.
- Identify project barriers and look for solutions; identify project enablers and leverage or utilize for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with IS and IT/Technology to understand technical standards and guidelines to ensure the integrity of systems.
- Tracking and set up of state registrations related to M&A and greenfield locations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned and necessary.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience interacting with vendors, customers (internal and external) in a complex environment; experience collaborating with a team across several locations and differing time zones.
- Prior experience with video conferencing and file sharing systems.
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and able to operate a Windows based computer with a quick ability to learn software used frequently.
- Have a good understanding of business operations and business communication protocol. Prior experience in a professional office setting helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent time management skills; able to do self-directed work effectively under time constraints and within project deadlines. Must prioritize project objectives within the context of implementation and roll out, and within the requested timeframe(s).
- Demonstrated ability to create agendas, meeting ‘recaps’, and action items to a diverse team, utilizing company-specific programs or generally used software.
- Apply critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills as necessary.
- Adapts well to rapid changes; collaborates with team members and seeks assistance when needed; independently seek out and obtain information when required.
- Learns and follows all safety and security of policies and procedures, including the safeguarding of sensitive information or intangible actions or items.
