As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and health. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful deployment of marketing plans and campaigns, monitor brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance brand equity.

- Make data-driven recommendations for optimizations to increase brand visibility and equity.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to create a cohesive brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure product alignment with market demands and promotional strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and event organizers to enhance brand presence and achieve marketing objectives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners and suppliers.
- Partner with different functions within the organization for ongoing projects, ensuring seamless administration and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results, market conditions, and the status of partnerships to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event execution and partnership.
- Demonstrates creativity and proactivity, with a track record of generating innovative ideas and successfully experimenting with partnership, event formats and strategies.
- Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, and malls, sponsors, partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and engage with diverse audiences, including executives, media partners, influencers, brand partners and community members.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who can work across departments and foster a positive working environment.
