Operations Executive

Job Description

The Operations Executive understands the Hub product & delivery, standard operating procedure and support the team in liaising with the Principal and local performing office.

  • Ensure that the Hub application is duly updated at all the times as per defined process.
  • Ensure receipt of Proforma Disbursement Account from the Performing offices and dispatch the same to the Principals.
  • Highlight any issues arising from day-to-day operations and escalate to the Team Leader or Line Manager as required.
  • In case of any urgent requirement from the Principal, alert the performing offices and inform the Line Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Port Agency and Crewing Managers
