About the role:

Assistant Manager PMO will be responsible for planning, execution and successful delivery of assigned project along with financial Managment 

Your Goals will include:

  • Project, Program and Portfolio Management
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
  • Supply chain and inventory Management
  • Vendor Management, Contract Management
  • Timely Project delivery with Quality
  • Project scheduling, Risk Assessment
  • Managing and supervising project calendar
  • Financial discipline Management
  • Project Reporting
  • Coordination with internal & external Team for required communication.

Your typical day at work:

  • Establish and maintain a dashboard for management’s view on Portfolio Management.
  • Preparation and Documentation for meetings, presentation for management review.
  • Maintaining records and repository/database of all the essential documentation of Projects/Portfolio
  • Planning, tracking, and ensuring project milestones delivery
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Develop an integrated team environment to achieve the monthly targets & to make sure the project delivery in time
  • Build/Establish PMO KPIs and periodic monitoring and status reporting of the same
  • Coordination & Follow-up with Vendor for project update and delivery
  • Coordination between teams to for understanding of plans.
  • Coordination with external stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.  

What we are looking for?

Education: Degree(s)/Major(s):Bachelor in Engineering/Science/Computer/Business

Work experience: At least 6/7 years of experience of working with a Telecom vendor or an operator in similar role.

Potential Career Path:

  • PMO Office/ Project Management
  • Management Role in Implementation and rollout

Functional Skills:

  • Good understanding of Telco Network RAN Implementation
  • Experience of handling budgetary issues with necessary tracking, forecasting and business case presentation 
  • Presentation and Reporting skills
  • Experience of working in role which involved vendor management
