FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis

  • Assists in the annual budgeting process
  • Assists in the preparation of Financial Statements forecast including, but not limited to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow/Cash Position
  • Performs financial reviews/analysis on, service agreements, pricing and costing parameters and other projects and agreements
  • Provides monthly budget vs. actual expenditure reports to management and each Department for guidance and planning

2. Management Reporting

  • Prepares, analyzes, and communicates accurately and in a timely manner the financial reports for the management such as, but not limited to the following: (1) financial statements (2) financial highlights (3) financial ratios (4) Profit and Loss Statements per Department and per Project
  • Prepares other management reports and presentation materials, as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably CPA
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in general accounting/ financial reporting/management reporting/ budget reporting in a corporate set-up
  • Has experience in preparing management reports, financial statements and budget reports.
