Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: As a call center executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests related to products or services. This could include answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: You will be expected to handle both inbound calls from customers seeking assistance and make outbound calls as part of lead generation, telemarketing, or customer follow-up campaigns. It will require effective communication to engage with customers and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Accurate data entry is crucial for every interaction. You will be responsible for documenting customer details, call summaries, and the resolutions provided. This includes updating CRM systems with the latest information on customer issues or inquiries.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services youre supporting is essential. You will receive training to familiarize yourself with the offerings, enabling you to confidently guide customers through features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Team Collaboration: Call center executives work in teams to meet daily targets. As part of a collaborative environment, you will interact with supervisors and other team members to resolve complex customer issues and share insights for improved service.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are a must. The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically is key to providing a positive customer experience.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Patience, problem-solving abilities, and active listening are essential qualities for this role.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in using computers, including basic MS Office skills, is required. Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
