Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: As a Voice Support Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers over the phone. This includes answering calls, addressing concerns, and resolving inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Whether it’s helping customers with product issues, troubleshooting technical problems, or providing information about services, you’ll be expected to guide them through their issues step by step.
  • Issue Resolution: You will listen attentively to customers’ concerns and work towards resolving them, either by providing immediate solutions or escalating the issue to the appropriate department when necessary.   • Provide Product/Service Information: You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the companys products or services to assist customers effectively. This involves offering detailed information, clarifying queries, and helping customers make informed decisions.
