The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving processes, developing automation solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Evaluation and Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using automation and AI tools.
• Automation Development: Design, build, and deploy automation scripts or bots to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort across various teams.
• AI Implementation: Integrate AI solutions to enhance decision-making, data processing, and predictive analysis in line with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to understand specific needs and tailor automation solutions that align with their workflows.
• Tool and Technology Recommendations: Stay updated on the latest automation and AI tools; recommend new technologies that could benefit the organization.
• Documentation and Training: Maintain clear documentation of all automated processes and conduct training sessions to help team members understand and utilize new tools effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to meet KPIs.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all automated processes adhere to security protocols and industry regulations, addressing any potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coding with a focus on AI and cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, data processing, and predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools.
