Context and Purpose of the job

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the team in managing the social media presence for Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani brands.

The position will report directly to the Global Head of Press Office & PR and will have the following responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar for social media channels (focusing on: Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn)
  • Review and monitor social media copy, ensuring consistency with the brand voice
  • Contribute to the implementation and strategy for launching new social media platforms
  • Analyze and report on organic social media performance
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of content strategies
  • Support the VIP office in selecting red carpet coverage images for social media use
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for assets and digital initiatives
  • Liaise with regional teams for content sharing and approval of local social media calendars

 

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in similar role, coming from a media agency or global organizations
  • Master’s Degree (preferably in Communications or related fields)
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Strong relational, organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the luxury brands and current trends
  • Good knowledge of photo editing tools
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Availability to travel
