We’re looking for a motivated Junior Solution Consultant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in showcasing innovative solutions to clients, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales processes, and contributing to customer success initiatives. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow their expertise in SaaS solutions while working closely with global brands.
Tasks
- Solution Presentation: Assist in demonstrating platform capabilities (e.g., Asana, Miro, Braze, Snowflake, Airtable) to potential clients during pre-sales activities.
- Client Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solution proposals.
- Implementation Assistance: Support post-sales activities, including solution implementation and onboarding.
- Customer Success: Work with the customer success team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain solution documentation, including best practices and use cases, to support internal teams and clients.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated on product features and industry trends to enhance your expertise and provide value to clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Interest in SaaS: Passion for SaaS solutions and eagerness to learn about platforms like Asana, Miro, Braze, Snowflake, and Airtable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Turkish is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and propose solutions based on client needs.
- Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS tools and a willingness to quickly learn new platforms.
Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in a SaaS, consultancy, or customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, or project management platforms.
