Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter Specialist to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and placing the right talent with our clients, and building meaningful connections in the talent ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closing placements.
• Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations.
• Keep accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Stay informed about market trends, hiring practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on delivering results.
