Job Summary: Are you a skilled communicator with a dynamic personality to engage and interact with people? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure our clients receive industry leading service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with leads, clients, vendors, and staff to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Work directly with multiple clients on a weekly basis to compile event information.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless communication
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients about services, pricing, and policies
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience that exceeds their expectations
- Achieve the highest level of customer service by practicing All Around Entertainment’s core values, which ensure a great customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Experience level:
- Preferred experience in customer service or administrative assistant roles
- Detail-Oriented: Hands-on approach to gain perspective and insight.
- Teamwork: Ability to work with a team to deliver results with a strong sense of urgency.
- Initiative: A champion and catalyst for new initiatives, able to work across different groups and bridge functional and divisional silos.
- Emotional Intelligence: High EQ, capable of working with diverse personalities and managerial styles.
