Join Our Team as a Finance Planning Analyst at the Mexico Capability Center!

About The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of finance? As a Finance Planning Analyst at our Mexico Capability Center, you will play a vital role as a trusted business partner to our local Commercial and Category Finance teams across Latin America. You will take the lead in evaluating innovative marketing initiatives using P&L analysis and advanced financial techniques. This position is based in Mexico and offers a hybrid work model, with two in-office days per week for collaboration and engagement with colleagues.

Your Contributions Will Include

As a Finance Planning Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:

    • Delivering world-class financial services to Mexico Capability Center clients, consistently meeting and exceeding SLA expectations.
    • Consolidating and validating P&L reports for a designated country in Latin America.
    • Collaborating with local Finance and MBS teams to prioritize and align on weekly and monthly deliverables.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

Experience And Skills

  • Foundational knowledge of P&L lines and their drivers.
  • English intermadiate level
  • Intermediate Excel skills (required
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive to explore and improve tools and processes.

Languages

  • Spanish (native proficiency), English (fluent), and Portuguese (a bonus but not required).
