The Role

What You’ll Do

Claims Management

  • Review and process claims with precision and efficiency, ensuring all required actions are completed within set timeframes.

Compliance Oversight

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders regarding claims status, missing documentation, and compliance requirements.

Data Organization

  • Keep detailed and accurate records using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and proprietary insurance software to ensure seamless data management.

Process Improvement

  • Suggest and contribute to the refinement of internal claims and compliance processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Experience: A background in legal, compliance, paralegal, or insurance claims handling is preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are essential to maintaining professional and clear communication.
