Are you comfortable talking on camera about fashion, sustainability, or body positivity?
This is your chance to join our brand and create short, engaging, cheeky videos that inspire positivity while bringing real talk and inspiration to our community! We are looking for a TikTok Manager who can come up with concepts, analyze patterns, and create engaging content for the account. If you have those skills, we want you!
Our client is an organic cotton underwear brand that provides everyday sexy basics for everybody. Dedicated to protecting the planet and its people, all their products are GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified – and shipped sustainably without plastic packaging. Elevating the daily routine with toxic-free, ethical, and affordable underwear.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
Develop marketing strategies for video content
Produce, shoot, edit, and upload content onto TikTok or Instagram
Post 3 videos per week (up to 5)
Develop a weekly content roadmap and participate in brainstorming sessions
Attend bi-monthly touch base meeting
Maintain your pulse on trends, pop culture, current events, and competitors to identify emerging moments to participate in
Record social stats, analyze best practices, and strategize how to optimize content
Collaborate with our social community and reply to comments
Join the team at events and photoshoots (*If in Los Angeles)
WHAT YOU HAVE:
2+ years experience in creating video content
Proficient in shooting and using apps to edit content quickly
Passion for creating fun, entertaining, and inspirational videos
Interest in fashion, underwear, sustainability, body positivity, inclusivity, and women’s health
Comfortable in front of a camera wearing our products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and organized individuals who can manage time, expectations, and deliverables
