Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing legal operations, ensuring compliance, and protecting the organization’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with counterparties.
- Ensure contracts align with legal standards and organizational objectives.
Risk Assessments:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to mitigate potential legal liabilities.
- Provide actionable insights to minimize exposure.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of relevant regulations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all business functions.
Dispute Management:
- Handle commercial disputes and litigations effectively.
- Represent the company in negotiations and coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to address legal concerns.
- Work closely with external law firms on specialized legal matters.
What Are We Looking For
- Experience: 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in a real estate setup or working with real estate clients.
- Sharp legal acumen and analytical skills.
