YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages execution & governance of KAM including supporting data analyses
- Coordinates the direct reports regarding the respective account managements
- Manages returns, budgets with the guidance of manager
- Creates and manages an annual plan to deliver agreed Account KPIs and targets and provides reporting as required
- Meets and negotiates with Accounts for annual agreements. Follows up the execution of these annual agreements
- Managing the sales relationship with the assigned group of Key Accounts through the annual agreements and the implementation of merchandising standarts
- Making a joint business plan with the buyer and set a common promotional calendar along with the aim of optimizing sales with maximum profitability
- Follows the orders and inventory status of responsible accounts
- Keeping the balance between the accounts by planning all the activities step by step
- For delivery details of banners, etc. to the warehouses, keeping in touch with respected departments and coordinating the workflow
- Works with marketing and other supply chain teams to give product forecasts in order to achieve required service level
- Managing the whole logistic and financial process with close coordination with the related departments
- Maintain close interaction with the field and merchandising team and take actions accordingly through negotiating with the buyer
- Investigates issues and develop short- and long-term solutions for positive resolution
- Thinks strategically; takes a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future. Identifies the focus and defines where to play, how to win and what capabilities and management systems are required.

- Proactively seeks ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs.
- Make weekly field visits
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree from Administrative Sciences, Engineering or from other related departments
- Having minimum 5 years of experience in sales, especially in FMCG or Retail sector
- Proven experience in management of key accounts such as Migros, Carrefour, File
- E-com management experience is a plus
- Having experience in team management and ability to take joint action
- Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Having driving license (B), willing to travel and be mobile
- Team player with win-win negotiation approach
- Ambitious with high desire of achievement
- Adaptable to a fast paced, high growth & changing environment
- Fluent in both oral and written in English
- Military obligation is fulfilled for male candidates
