What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance program and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in risk management and audit
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
