Tasks
In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Expect diverse and responsible tasks, such as:
- Independent execution and management of innovative research and consulting projects
- Designing trend studies, market analyses, and user studies in various industries (FinTech, PropTech, ICT, Renewable Energy, Automotive, etc.)
- Assisting in the development of different startups, including business planning, strategy development, and market testing of business models
- Analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of digitalization approaches and development of roadmaps
- Preparation and creation of business plans and analysis of company data including financial models
- Project and topic-specific client support and team coordination (interns and freelance project members)
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of industries and market trends in specific sectors
Requirements
You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have successfully completed a degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on “Innovation”.
- You have several years of practical experience in a consulting-related or start-up environment or in the field of Digital Transformation.
- You have an affinity for innovation and digital transformation topics and related societal trends.
- You have a deep understanding of (digital) business models and are familiar with the latest developments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
