About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth processes, effective resource management, and alignment with our strategic goals. As an integral part of our team, you will drive operational excellence while working remotely from the Gulf Region.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Monitor and evaluate business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to align objectives and foster a culture of accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure team performance and productivity.

Resource & Process Management

• Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of time, budget, and materials.
• Implement and maintain systems for tracking operational performance and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Proactively address operational challenges and opportunities to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Knowledge of the Gulf region’s business environment is a strong advantage.
