Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within the tech/startup ecosystem.
• Proven track record in scaling operations and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
