Performance and Reporting Analysis Manager

The Performance Factory Analyst plays a vital role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency within the factory. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, providing insightful analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance profitability and productivity.

Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

• Closely monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the factory, including OEE, machine downtime, product yield, quality, safety, and HR metrics.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports tailored to the factory’s needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production variances and identify opportunities for improvement.

Yield Optimisation

• Develop and implement a robust product yield/loss measurement process specific to the factory’s production lines.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and address factors impacting yield.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the factory.
• Apply KPIs and performance management frameworks to measure progress
• Facilitate visibility and communication of KPIs to engage employees in improvement efforts.

Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and analyse data from various sources, including production systems, quality control records, and employee feedback.
• Develop and maintain databases to track key performance indicators and trends.

Capital Project Support

• Support the implementation of capital projects within the factory via capital approval process.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and track project progress.

Digitization Support

• Play an active role in the factory’s digitization initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Provide training and support to factory personnel on new digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with factory personnel at all levels.
