Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting the converted leads, guiding them on the portal, and acquiring the pending payments
  • Onboarding the students to the portal and guiding them throughout the process
  • Building healthy relationships with the students and solving their doubts
  • Collaborating with the sales department and acquiring the database of the converted leads
  • Maintaining the CRM and other tools
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Promoting sales conversion to achieve business goals
  • Improving the business operation processes to achieve organizational operation efficiency
  • Working on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required

  • Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline (passed out)
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates (0-2 years experience)
