We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer/Tech Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with CRM systems and help desk software is a plus
