Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven operations manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving lead generation efforts in both domestic (India) and international (including North American and European) markets. As an operations manager, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects while working in the EST time zone to align with our global outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Identify potential clients across India and international markets, particularly in North America and Europe, using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email outreach systems.
- Outbound outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including cold emailing, social media interactions, and calling, to generate qualified leads.
- Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and engaging with new prospects.
- Client engagement: Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present Flexiple’s value proposition effectively.
- Follow-up strategies: Implement systematic follow-up practices to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outbound strategies with overall company goals.
- Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the tech talent hiring space.
- Data management: Accurately update and manage CRM systems to track progress and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Process optimization: Identify opportunities to improve outbound sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Regularly provide insights and performance updates to the leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
