UCL School of Pharmacy UCL School of Pharmacy is one of the world’s leading centres of excellence for pharmaceutical science, education and professional engagement.
The Teaching & Learning Team (T&L) provides a professional administrative support and information service to students, staff, enquirers and external stakeholders with regards admissions, induction, assessment, timetabling, teaching and learning, student records and quality assurance.
T&L comprises of 16 staff and is led by the Teaching & Learning Manager in conjunction with three deputies: Admissions and Student Services Manager, Placements and Partnerships Manager and Assessments and Programmes Manager.
About The Role
This is a fixed-term role. UCL secondments are also very welcome to apply and will be considered, the secondment is until 30th November 2025.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is keen to develop their skills and start a rewarding Teaching and Learning career at UCL School of Pharmacy.
This is an important role in the T&L Team supporting the Division’s professional programmes, and assisting our students and academic staff. Providing professional administrative support and information to our students, the post holder will work closely with external partners along with our students and esteemed academic staff.
Work is currently a hybrid model with a 40% minimum on site.
We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible.

About You
The post holder will have the opportunity to act independently, making their own decisions and plan their own workload while being supported by a manager and the rest of the team. No day will be the same and you will be involved in a variety of activities so flexible working is a necessity along with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
You will be working within a highly supportive environment and will be able to undertake training and learning to enhance your skills across your chosen disciplines.
The role holder will be proactive, flexible and solutions-driven, being able to work both independently and as part of a team. An excellent eye for detail, organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, good humour and patience are a must.
