Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community assessments and identify key social issues.
- Provide counselling and connect clients with resources such as healthcare, education, and employment opportunities.
- Design and implement community development programs.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage case files effectively.
- Work with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address community needs.
Work Environment:
- Local travel within Kannur for community engagement.
- Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: MSW (Master of Social Work) with a specialisation in Community Development (CD).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in community social work or a similar role.
- Skills:
