Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and personal development. This role is suited for individuals with a strong commitment to education and a desire to inspire young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet educational standards.
• Teach subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Studies to assigned grade levels.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student engagement and learning.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support student development.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
• Prepare and submit reports on students’ performance and behavior to school management.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to improve teaching effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Teaching certification or license is required (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a school teacher, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning needs.
